Aboriginal Health Council SA

For AHCSA’s “Stay Lubly” Sexual Health Week content, Stepney Studios produced a studio-shot, multi-voice video, handling shoot logistics, direction, camera/audio/lighting, and post-production for social.

Objective

Equip AHCSA with a reusable content pack that normalises STI testing, uses everyday language, and drives people to chat to their local ACCHO, ready for Sexual Health Week and simple to repost across member services.

Problems
  • Topic sensitivity: the content needed to feel approachable and non-clinical.

  • Multiple audiences across metro and regional SA, with platform-specific needs.

  • Tight timelines and coordination across staff appearing on camera.

  • Requirement for captioned, social-native deliverables in multiple aspect ratios.

Process

Our team scheduled and ran a single-day studio shoot with AHCSA speakers, managed direction and technical setup (camera, sound, lighting), then edited the footage into a hero piece and shorter cut-downs.

We added captions, branded end frames, and exported masters in the required aspect ratios for social platforms.

Outcomes

A ready-to-publish, captioned video pack, one hero edit plus short cut-downs, mastered for ReelsFacebook and Website, with simple brand end frames and clear CTAs.

  1. Hero + cut-downs: A multi-voice hero and shorter cuts suitable for social feeds and stories.

  2. Social-native delivery: Masters supplied in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 with burned-in captions to maximise accessibility and completion.

  3. Production efficiency: One studio day with coordinated scheduling, consistent lighting and framed backgrounds to ensure a cohesive look across edits.

  4. Deployment-ready assets: Branded end frames and thumbnail options supplied so AHCSA could upload immediately for Sexual Health Week and reuse later.
