Flinders University

A dynamic brand campaign for Flinders University celebrating curiosity and resilience, produced across four shoot days with multiple cuts for broadcast and social.

Objective

To create a campaign film that flips “they say” conventions into “we say” empowerment, positioning Flinders University as the place where the greatest minds are made.

 

Problems
  • Balance polished brand film with authentic, social-native energy.
  • Build a multi-cut master with wide thematic coverage in limited shoot windows.
  • Complex logistics across hills/city/campus with live environments and weather/lighting constraints.
Process

Over four production days covering the Bedford Park Campus, the Festival Tower Campus, Health2Go, HMRB and the Tonsley Campus we worked with 20+ talent to capture 30+ different scenes.

This required a crew of 15 people, changing from day to day based on the scenes being shot. Alongside the working crew we also had 10 client and agency team members on set.

Extensive planning during pre-production was necessary to keep the production running smoothly, especially location reccies to streamline all the different location around multiple campuses.

Outcomes

Alongside KWP and Partners we delivered a high-energy, multi-cut brand campaign that reframes “they say” into student-led “we say,” ready for Cinema, Youtube, Netflix, Meta, Reddit, Online and TikTok.

  • 6″ bumper. 
  • Social lo-fi asset bank (camcorder/stills/BTS) for ongoing cutdowns.
