Over 2-shoot days we shot How-To videos for Neutrog’s full product catalogue with Brenton Roberts from Channel 7’s Discover With RAA.

Objective

Neutrog wanted a library of concise, practical product application videos that could live on their website and be shared with distributors.

Each piece needed to introduce the purpose of a specific product, explain how it supports plant health and then demonstrate how to use it in real time so customers could feel confident choosing and applying the right solution.

Problems

Neutrog’s products are highly effective but can feel technical to everyday gardeners and retail staff. 

With a broad range of products, each designed to nurture specific plants and growing conditions, the challenge was to translate product science into clear, engaging how to content without losing accuracy. 

We also needed a scalable shoot structure that would let us film multiple products across two days without compromising on quality or clarity.

Process

Across two shoot days, we worked with presenter and horticultural talent Brenton Roberts to build a repeatable structure for each video. 

Every product followed the same arc: a short introduction to what the product is for, a plain language explanation of how it works to nurture the target plant, and a real time demonstration of the correct application.

By the end of the shoot, Neutrog had a cohesive set of product application videos tailored for their website and distributor network, all built from one organised, stress free production schedule.

Outcomes

Neutrog now has a full suite of product application videos that make every product easier to understand, easier to recommend and easier to use, from home gardeners through to retail staff and distributors.
