The primary goal of the “Clever Living Starts Here” campaign was to bring the Rivergum Homes Plan Lab to life through video storytelling. Rivergum Homes wanted to showcase the innovation behind the Plan Lab while keeping the content relatable, engaging, and dynamic.
To achieve this, our team alongside KWPX developed three distinct videos, each tailored to a different target demographic. The goal was to ensure that a broad spectrum of potential home buyers could envision themselves using the Plan Lab to design their future home. This campaign also needed to align with Rivergum’s brand identity, delivering a seamless, high-quality viewing experience across multiple platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and in-store displays.
One of the key challenges of this project was finding a way to effectively communicate the innovative nature of the Plan Lab while keeping the videos engaging and relatable. Since the Plan Lab is an interactive, immersive experience, the campaign needed to demonstrate its functionality and value in a way that resonated with potential home buyers.
Additionally, maintaining brand consistency while incorporating a fun and imaginative tone was a crucial aspect of the project. The challenge was to ensure that the high-tech projection studio visuals translated well across different formats, from billboards to digital ads and social media platforms.
To tackle these challenges, our team worked closely with KWPX Agency to craft a series of engaging, story-driven scripts. The videos featured fun, relatable home-life scenarios—from flipping pancakes in the kitchen to sliding across the floor in socks and family wrestling matches in the living room. These scenarios were designed to highlight the functionality of different areas within a home while evoking a strong emotional connection with the audience.
Filming took place inside Rivergum’s projection studio, allowing us to use high-contrast visuals that enhanced the immersive effect of the Plan Lab. The wardrobe and styling were carefully aligned with Rivergum’s branding, ensuring a cohesive and polished final product.
During post-production, we optimised the videos for multiple platforms, ensuring they were formatted correctly for social media, digital billboards, and in-store displays. This approach allowed Rivergum Homes to maximise the campaign’s reach and effectiveness.
The “Clever Living Starts Here” campaign successfully showcased Rivergum Homes’ unique Plan Lab, delivering six fully optimised video assets designed for web, social media, and out-of-home advertising. These videos effectively communicated the interactive and personalised home-buying experience Rivergum Homes offers, reinforcing their commitment to innovation and customer engagement.
