To produce high-energy, empowering videos using the ‘Sport is for Every BODY’ education collateral, for The Embrace Collective to submit to Sport Integrity Australia’s educational materials.
The production faced tight availability windows for young talent, with some able to be on set for only two to three hours, while also requiring travel between two locations in a single day and capturing over 30 scripted and spontaneous shots within a 10-hour schedule.
We mapped the script into a precise runsheet and shot list, working with The Embrace Collective to coordinate talent and schedule the day to the minute. With eight young participants and limited availability, we captured all scenes across two locations, managing crew, equipment, and transitions seamlessly.
The project also incorporated pre-existing B-roll from past collaborations, ensuring visual consistency and streamlining post-production by eliminating the usual media delivery and approval steps.
We delivered a shoot day that was smooth, efficient, and full of energy, capturing every scene required to tell a powerful story that celebrates all bodies in sport for The Embrace Collective’s Sport Integrity Australia submission.
