Objective

Tiegear sought to establish the Haulout Collection as the premier outdoor adventure gear collection, reinforcing its reputation for strength, durability, and ease of use. Our goal was to produce a high-quality lifestyle-driven campaign that seamlessly blended product functionality with outdoor adventure. 

This campaign was designed to serve multiple purposes:

  • Increase brand awareness through engaging, visually compelling storytelling.
  • Enhance digital presence on Meta and YouTube through ad-specific content.
  • Drive sales by showcasing the Haulout collection.
  • Capture high-quality stills for website product listings and marketing materials.
Problems

Despite Tiegear’s strong product line, the brand faced a few key challenges:

  • Lack of existing content for the new Haulout Collection.
  • Balancing lifestyle and sales-driven content, ensuring the campaign remained aspirational while effectively showcasing product features.
  • Logistical complexities in capturing diverse adventure scenes within a remote location.
Process

We focused on developing a concept that emphasised adventure, ensuring each product was showcased in its natural outdoor habitat. The Flinders Ranges was chosen as the primary location due to its rugged backdrop, which reinforced the toughness of Tiegear products.

The production phase involved a multi-day shoot that captured a blend of camp setups, off-road drives and product close-ups. Sound design played a crucial role in enhancing immersion, with layered sounds such as crackling campfires, chatter, and the products in use. 

In post-production, multiple cutdowns were delivered, ensuring that various edits were tailored for Meta ads, website content, and organic social media use. 

Outcomes

This campaign successfully positioned Tiegear’s Haulout collection as a must-have for adventurers, delivering a suite of impactful content assets.

  • 1x Hero Video (60” – Website & YouTube), 1x Banner Video (20” – Meta Ads) and 3x 30” B-Roll Clips for product cutdowns.
  • Individual Product Features: FlexStrap Video (20” + 5” B-Roll), Nero Video (20” + 5” B-Roll), Linx Video (20” + 5” B-Roll) and Helix Video (20” + 5” B-Roll).
  • High-quality stills for product listings and social content.
