How long does the whole process take?
From first call to final delivery: typically 4-6 weeks. Got a deadline emergency? We’ve turned around videos in 48 hours (though your budget and our stress levels prefer more notice).
Can you work with our brand guidelines?
We live and breathe brand guidelines. Send us your 47-page brand bible and we’ll follow it to the letter. Don’t have one? We’ll help establish a video style that fits your brand perfectly.
What if we need changes after filming?
Edits are easy and included. Colour wrong? Music not quite right? We’ll tweak until it’s perfect. Need to reshoot because the CEO changed the entire strategy? That’s a different conversation (but we’ve handled that too).
