Full employer brand video and CEO communications production for ACH Group, built around the message turn a job into a career. Stepney led creative direction, scripting, storyboarding, talent selection, and on-set problem solving across two shoot days.

ACH Group needed an employer brand campaign that reflected the actual workplace, built on real staff. Add talent swaps mid-pre-production, participant scheduling, and a firm requirement for ACH Group green threaded through every scene. They needed a production partner who could absorb the complexity.
Harvey Hogan led as Creative Director. He reviewed nine staff interviews from ACH Group, selected the right people for each scene, and supported script development. He produced storyboards and revised them as talent changed. When the ACH Group needed brand green threaded through locations, Harvey built a prop list including monitors displaying ACH Group green in scenes where furniture was limited.
A 60s EVP hero film, a 30s cutdown, and six 15s individual staff videos. Photography for media agency and paid campaign use. Alongside that, a CEO video series including an internal workforce version, an external version with brand-aligned subtitle captions, and a shorter second CEO video. All produced concurrently, all sign-off ready.
Every EVP edit approved in the final round. ACH Group reported strong internal feedback from stakeholders. The CEO video series landed with ACH Group’s workforce. Photography brief scoped and underway. The relationship has continued past delivery, which is the outcome that matters most for a client we want to keep working with for the long term.
